Logan has started T-ball and is loving it! He has only had two games so far. They don't keep score and they don't have any outs. It is so fun to watch the 5 year old boys play! This is how the game goes. All the kids practice throwing the ball to each other before the game starts, I have seen maybe one kid actually catch the ball. They start out and they are in out field. The other team hits the ball and about 5 out of the 10 kids go for the ball (one of them usually is Logan). One of them gets it and then the parents and the coach yell "throw it to first" about 10 times and then he realizes we want him to throw it to first. Logan will sometimes cry if he dosen't get the ball (he thinks that who ever gets it wins I guess and he has tackled a boy a time or two to get it. He even stepped on someones head trying to get the ball) So then they are up for bat and each kid gets a turn which lasts a while because the coach has to tell them how to hold the bat, where to stand and then they swing a few times, usually hitting the T. So they hit the ball and run to first, some kids like to keep running to second and some just stand there with the bat and watch everyone scramble for the ball. Logan likes to run past first. One kid actually ran to first and then ran over to the ball and tried to pick it up, it was so funny! That same kid started running behind first to never never land trying to find second base i guess. But anyway that is how it usually goes. They all have fun and Logan's favorite part is when they all do a cheer at the end.
im glad logan loves it :) you've got to get video of it and show him when he grows up! that just sounds too funny!
